Michelle is a member of the SAS Risk and Finance Advisory team and is Principal Industry Consultant who specializes in Insurance Risk Solutions. 
Michelle has 18 years of actuarial experiences in pricing, financial reporting, modeling, financial planning and ERM. She has acquired knowledge in her various career positions for several major insurance companies and one consulting firm in the US.
Michelle is a credentialed actuary of Society of Actuaries with Fellowship and Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst designations. She is also a member of American Academy of Actuaries.
Michelle holds two MS degrees in Financial Mathematics and Applied Statistics from Florida State University.
Michelle is based in Beijing. 

Simon Dai

Simon is a Partner of Deloitte Consulting based in Hong Kong, who leads the actuarial practice in the Greater China Region. He joined the firm in 2013 and has over 22 years of experience in both consulting and industry. Prior to joining Deloitte, he spent more than 7 years with HSBC Insurance and was the Chief Actuary of Hang Seng Insurance in Hong Kong. Simon’s main focus has been to leverage technical actuarial skills to solve complex business problems and to transform the insurance industry. His actuarial specialism includes actuarial modelling, bancassurance, financial reporting, product development, business planning and projections, and asset-liability management. Simon has more recently expanded his role into strategic advice, governance and operating model designs, and merger and acquisition advice.
