He also founded and ran the equity index derivative business at DRW in 2009 and was previously at Goldman Sachs where he ran its equity volatility business. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS / BA in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University.

Vanessa Grellet is a Global Executive with over 20 years of expertise in the Financial Services and Tech industry. At CoinFund she is the Head of Portfolio growth where she oversees and supports the portfolio companies. Previously she was an Executive Director at ConsenSys where she focused on driving adoption for Ethereum, Strategic initiatives, Alliances and Channels.  She was involved in setting up the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), sits on the Board of the Accounting Blockchain Coalition (ABC) and is the President of the Blockchain for Social Impact Coalition (BSIC). Prior to ConsenSys she was a Strategy Executive at NYSE and a key member of PwC’s global wealth management team. Vanessa is a Founding Board member of AABC focused on Blockchain and Art, she sits on the Advisory Council of ConsenSys and the Resolution Project. She is a Milken Institute Associate and contributed to the World Economic Forum Digital Future Council.

Oli Harris

Oli is part of the Digital Assets team at Goldman Sachs, responsible for North America.

Previously, he was at J.P. Morgan where he created the Corporate & Investment Bank’s Digital Strategy & FinTech team, including their InResidence incubation programme, before becoming Head of Digital Assets Strategy & Quorum (an open source Ethereum-based blockchain and smart contracts platform for enterprises).

Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was seconded to the Office of Tony Blair, was a Project Manager at the World Economic Forum where he led their New Energy Architecture Initiative, and was a Strategy Consultant at Accenture.

Oli is a passionate design thinker, having spent time at Stanford’s d.school, a mentor at selected accelerators, and a member of Allen & Overy’s selection committee for their Fuse innovation program. He is a graduate of Cambridge University.

 

 

Michelle Bond

Prior to joining ADAM as its CEO, Bond has served as the global head of policy and regulatory affairs at two fintech companies, where she developed and executed global regulatory strategy for digital assets, blockchain, and global payments. Bond has also worked at Bloomberg LP, serving as head of global regulatory affairs – and she is an expert in securities, derivatives, banking, and fintech regulation. Bond previously served as international counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act. Bond was also a subject matter expert on the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs for the Dodd-Frank Act and its technical corrections bill, as well as the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act). Bond launched her legal career at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) before practicing law at Hogan Lovells and WilmerHale. She has been covered by Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, as well as featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, CNBC, Bloomberg, Business Insider, POLITICO, The Hill, RealClearMarkets, CoinDesk,Traders Magazine, and other leading publications.

Gabriella Kusz

Global Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Association

Gabriella Kusz serves as Board Director at the Global Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Association, a global voluntary self-regulatory association for the industry and Deputy Chair of the Government Blockchain Association (GBA) Regulator Working Group – which provides a community of practice for regulators working around the world to navigate the digital asset space. Prior to this role, she served as the Principal for Strategic Initiatives at the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) where, in addition to other areas, she supported the profession’s leadership and innovation in the digital era. Her background has largely included working in international financial sector and economic growth including working with the World Bank Group Governance Global Practice where she was responsible for leading the Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting (CGFR) workstream for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

 

Gabriella is a Fellow of the Digital Euro Association and was recently appointed by the Speaker of the US State of Arizona House of Representatives to lend her knowledge to the state’s Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Study Committee (pursuant to Arizona Laws 2021, Chapter 339). Gabriella also serves as a Distinguished Global Expert for the Global Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Policy Network (GSPN) at Prince Sultan University (Riyadh, KSA) and as an Advisor to the Banque Saudi Fransi / PSU Global Islamic Finance, Tax and Zakat Centre (GIFTZ). Gabriella is a licensed US CPA (State of Virginia) and CGMA and holds AICPA Certificates in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Blockchain Fundamentals as well as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Certificate in Sustainability Reporting Standards. She holds her Master’s in Public Policy (International Policy and Development) from Georgetown University (Washington, DC USA), a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Dayton (Ohio, USA).

Sebastian Pedro Bea, OLY, is the President of One River Digital.  Sebastian, in concert with the team, develops and executes the One River Digital strategic plan.  Sebastian is focused on building ORD’s investment platform and global client base.  Sebastian also serves as the Head of Sales and Strategy for One River Asset Management.  Sebastian and his team help global clients understand, access, and stay connected to the investment capabilities of One River, across both Alternative strategies and Digital assets.  Sebastian has 20 years of experience across liquid public markets and institutional investing.

Prior to joining One River, Sebastian worked at BlackRock, beginning in 2012.  Sebastian was most recently a Managing Director at BlackRock, co-leading investment strategy globally for BlackRock Systematic Active Equity.  Prior to BlackRock, Sebastian worked at Credit Suisse, beginning in 2001.  Sebastian built relationships with institutional investors, delivering the firm’s proprietary data, capital markets product, and firmwide capabilities. 

Sebastian holds a double major in English and Economics from The University of California, Berkeley. Sebastian is a World Champion and Olympic Silver Medalist, in rowing, for the United States of America.

Shiliang Tang

Shiliang Tang is the Chief Investment Officer of LedgerPrime, a multi-strategy quant fund in digital assets. Shiliang spent most of his career as a quantitative trader on proprietary trading desks at UBS and Merrill Lynch, where he focused on equities and commodities algorithmic and volatility trading. Prior to LedgerPrime, Shiliang was also Co-founder of a global fintech startup called WorldCover. Shiliang received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
