Michael Moro
CEO
Genesis Global Trading
Michael Moro has been CEO of Genesis since early 2016. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded from digital asset OTC trading into institutional borrowing, lending, derivatives, custody, and prime brokerage services. Previously, Moro served as COO of Genesis, responsible for all operations and management at the firm.
Prior to Genesis, Moro spent six years as Vice President and Director at SecondMarket, which grew to $2.5 billion in transactions and was acquired by NASDAQ. Before SecondMarket, he spent six years working in investment banking at Citi, covering financial institutions, including JP Morgan, Capital One and Sallie Mae.
Moro is a graduate of Georgetown University, holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 86/87 licenses, and is an active member of the Oversight Committee for the CME CF Bitcoin Pricing Products.

Daniel Tenengauzer
Managing director, head of markets strategy

Daniel Tenengauzer is Head of Markets Strategy at BNY Mellon and leader of the Aerial View market commentary platform. In this role, Daniel heads strategy efforts for our clients, providing them with original insights into the world's asset and currency flows, equipped by the firm's unique position at the center of the global financial system. He also acts as a media spokesperson for BNY Mellon on global macroeconomic and geopolitical issues.
Boasting more than 20 years of cross-asset experience on both the buy and sell sides, Daniel is a seasoned global macro researcher with unparalleled knowledge of international markets, informed by lengthy periods working on four continents. He joined BNY Mellon from Tse Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund, where he was director of research, overseeing currencies and fixed income exposures globally.
Before Tse, Daniel supported foreign exchange and fixed income sales and trading at some of the world's largest banks, from emerging market debt and FX at Goldman Sachs, to G10 research at Lehman Brothers, and emerging markets fixed income strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. More recently, Daniel led global FX strategy for RBC Capital Markets.
He holds a master's degree in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has also been published in a wide variety of academic journals and speaks several languages, including Portuguese, Hebrew and Spanish.

Oli Harris

Oli is part of the Digital Assets team at Goldman Sachs, responsible for North America.
Previously, he was at J.P. Morgan where he created the Corporate & Investment Bank’s Digital Strategy & FinTech team, including their InResidence incubation programme, before becoming Head of Digital Assets Strategy & Quorum (an open source Ethereum-based blockchain and smart contracts platform for enterprises).
Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was seconded to the Office of Tony Blair, was a Project Manager at the World Economic Forum where he led their New Energy Architecture Initiative, and was a Strategy Consultant at Accenture.
Oli is a passionate design thinker, having spent time at Stanford’s d.school, a mentor at selected accelerators, and a member of Allen & Overy’s selection committee for their Fuse innovation program. He is a graduate of Cambridge University.
