Covid precautions

The health and safety of our event participants are of utmost importance to us. Hence, we will put in place the following on-site measures:

• All guests are required to wear a mask
• Temperature checks for all attendees
• Increased hand sanitizer stations and cleaning facilities
• Guests to provide proof of vaccination in compliance with local regulations
• All guests to submit details for track and trace purpose
• Special registration arrangements to minimize attendee contact
• Seating arrangement in compliance with social distancing guideline
• Plated services and/or Individually pre-packed catering
